Searching for experts.

Ive been searching around for a while now looking for experts to contact. The only problem is... there arent many. If any one knows or is an expert regarding biological warfare (weapons, etc.) please contact me. Other then that I have found out more about how biological warfare can be used in terrorism (aka. Bioterrorism). I found out that Biological weapons are EXTREMELY hard to detect and have the capability to kill small towns. Not only do they kill the people in the citys (slowly and painfully), these weapons also kill agriculture there. This means biological warfare has a huge longterm effect.
